He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry VandenBroek and Coby VandenBroek; and his father-in-law Robert Lindeman. He is survived by: his wife Tammie VandenBroek; his children, Andrea McFarland, Derek VandenBroek, Joshua (Katelyn Tomaszewski), Zachary (Hayley Tomaszewski) and Lucas (Amelia McFarland); his grandchildren, Collin, Isla, Lachlan, Riley, Carter, Presley, Henry and Madeline; his sisters, Carol (Joe Cole) and Linda (Tim Herron); and his pets, Dakota Mae and Rocket. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
