We bid farewell to John Colin McKay (Grandville, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 8, 2024 at the age of 76. John Colin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though John Colin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John Colin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McKay and Thais McKay. He is survived by: his wife Mari. He is also survived by family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building) (4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In honor of John, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lacks Cancer Center, Pinky's Palace, or Wounded Warrior Project.
