She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Hoekstra; her grandson Jose Petroelje; her great grandchild Kaleb Cooper; her father Edwin Dalroot (Eva); her siblings-in-law, Jim Hoekstra, Ken Behrendt, Jack Kamp and Kathryn Kamp; and her niece Terri Molenkamp.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Petroelje (Paul), Sandy Wellman (Scott) and Dawn Warren (Mark); her grandchildren, Vern (Kat), Melissa, Jimmy, Blake (Amy), Alicia, Zack, Maghen, Kyle and Colton; her siblings, Gary Schmidt and Sharon Atkinson (Jim); her siblings-in-law, Mary Hoekstra, Lauretta Cooper (Ben), Flo Behrendt, Ruth Molenkamp (Rollie) and George Hoekstra; and her close friend Howard Nyenhuis.
