She was predeceased by: her husband John Meagher; her daughters, Katherine Martin and Irene Wiltse; and her sister Irene Palazzolo (Marino). She is survived by: her children, Patricia Frank (Roger), John Meagher, Barbara Meagher, Teresa Meagher and Cynthia Meagher. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Joan, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
