She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Frank (Wier) and Harold Frank; and her sister Victoria Rickert (Frank). She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Kavaluskis (Wilkinson); her grandsons, Ryan Kavaluskis (Ashlynne) and Logan Kavaluskis; and her brothers, Harold Frank (Brenda), Matthew Frank (Michelle), Mark Frank and Jeffery Frank (Tami). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, a charity Jeanne donated to every month.

“Love you Aunt Jeannie! You were definitely a 100 percent tie to being the coolest Aunt, in comparison to the other 100 percent coolest Aunt, Vick! I'll never forget in about 1997, when I was driving with you to meet my Dad, Matt and family, at a baseball game. You accidentally over shot the exit and were so worried that you would get found out by Matt for being a little late. You told me not to tell anyone and that it would be our little secret!! You were so kind to us. Thank you for giving me and Abe our wedding gift of the free flowers, so generous of you! And thank you for paying for his muffler when it went out. I used to like visiting your house, you work, and doing things with you. You always tagged along to events, never complaining. We use to love seeing you in your beach umbrella scene too!! Dad has bought an umbrella since!! The last few times we talked to each other, it was so nice to catch up with you and hear your voice. I love you eternally!!”
