She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her grandson Keith Eric Poort; and her siblings-in-law, Marinus and Marie Poort. She is survived by: her children, Dianna, Chuck Hooper, Rick, Nancy Poort, Debra and Gary Groeneveld; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Tanja Hooper, Ryan, Heather Hooper, Kimberly, Seth Galentine, Jennifer, Brian Hansen, Julie Poort, Jeremy Dean, Jill, Jeff Panian, Justin, Caitlin Groeneveld, Kerri, Bob Van Houten, Katie, Kalen Smith and Jon Groeneveld. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
