He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parker and Mildred Parker; his son Kenneth J. Parker; and his siblings, Connie Davis, Linda Bartkowiak and Beverly Pike.
He is survived by: his wife Carlene Parker; his daughters, Brenda Parker and Christine Vande Guchte (Tim); his grandchildren, Parker Evans, Macy Dunn (Josh), Eden Pikaart (Kyle), Trenton Vande Guchte, Lynae Vande Guchte and Elyse Vande Guchte; his great grandchild Braelyn Pikaart; and his sister Julie Kelcherman (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Jim, contributions may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
