He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Holtvluwer and Leona Holtvluwer; his former wife Mary Holtvluwer; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Holtvluwer and Milly Holtvluwer.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Jay, Anne Holtvluwer, Marshall and Tammy Holtvluwer; his stepchildren, Ben, Andrea Westdorp, Joe and Holly Westdorp; his grandchildren, Jordan, Katlyn, Alex, Emma, Sydney, Joseph, Hayley, Ty, Ely, Spencer, Brooks and Morgan; his great grandchild John Jordan; his brothers, Doug Holtvluwer and Curt Holtvluwer; and his siblings-in-law, Paul, Julie Smith, Laura, Phil Bode, Aren and Elisabeth Smith. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
