She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hendrickson and Ruth Hendrickson; her son Douglas James Harvey; and her siblings, Frank "Bud", Vernon, Leroy, Lucille Schild, Marian Shepard, Alice Johnson and Beatrice "Bea" Grotemat.
She is survived by: her husband L. James "Jim" Harvey; her daughters, Linda Sadeghi of Costa Mesa, Leslie Harvey of Mechanicsville and Lisa Harvey Andrus (Bryan) of Burbank, California.; her sister Thelma VanderWeide; and her niece Karen Kranenberg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Hospice, where Jackie was a volunteer, and which cared for her at her life's end, Faith Hospice of the Holland Home, 2100 Raybrook St. SE, Ste 300, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
