He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sall and Tina Sall; and his sister Alice. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sall; his children, Carla Hickman, John Hickman (Cindy), Dennis Hickman (Kaye), James Hickman (Rose), Katherine Ogan (Bill), Bobbie Sue Hickman (Steve Foote), Mary Beth Hickman (Pam), Stephan Hickman and AnnMarie Grabowski (Kyle); and his siblings, Alvin, Carol, Vern, Ron and Marcia. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In honor of Howard and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
