He was predeceased by: his daughter Lori Lynn Race; and his parents, Harold Race and Adrianna Race. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Race (Hansen); his children, Phillip Race (Susan), Steven Race (Lori), Thomas Race (Christine) and John Race (Katherine); his grandchildren, Amanda (Brett), Kristen, Matthew, Nathan (Cierra), Noah, Emilee, Gabriel (Kaylah), Morgan, Austin and Megan; and his siblings, Kenneth Race (Yvonne) and Marjorie Straub. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of Gordon and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
