It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Mae Huizenga (Grandville, Michigan), who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Berwyn Huizenga; her grandson Michael; her parents, John Veldhuis and Frances Veldhuis; and her brothers-in-law, Henry Piccard and Anthony Huizenga.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Huizenga, Dixie Dreyer (Jay), Carl Huizenga (Kathy), Valerie Kamphuis (Hank), Sharon Waalkes, John Huizenga (Jeanine) and Brent Huizenga (Shannon); her siblings, Harriet Piccard, Harvey Veldhuis (Laura) and Ron Veldhuis (Vicki); and her close friend Grace. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren.
