She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel F. Hess; her parents, John Nelson and Frances Nelson; and her son Michael Daniel Hess. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Richards (Joseph), Michelle and Dawn Hess; her grandchildren, Kelli Watkins (Jeff) and Jamie Scott (Rustin); her great grandchildren, Elliot, Mason, Charlie and Gunner; her siblings, Shirley Keiser (Roy) and John Nelson (Connie); and her sister-in-law Waneta Meyers. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In memory of Jerry and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, The National Emphysema Foundation, or Careline Hospice.
