She was predeceased by: her husbands, Lawrence Spence and James Fonger; and her son Bill Fonger. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Dillaman (John) and Sondra Lee (David); her grandchildren, James Dillaman (Julia), Jeff Dillaman (Lillian), Rebecca Bowers, Michael and Kristen Lee; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Zwiers, Kaylyn Zwiers, Quincy, Arlo Dillaman and Nicky Bowers.
In acknowledgment of Gail's many years of dementia, and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association - Greater Michigan Chapter.
