He is survived by: his wife Gladys Butterworth; his children, Donna Osborne (Randy), Debra Boer (Scott), Diane VanderWest (Rick), Darlene Burman and Doug Butterworth (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kevin VanderWest, Ryan Boer (Ashley), Brandon VanderWest (Rachel), Malyn Heyboer (Keith), Erika Van Hoven (Jason), Elle Powell (Bryan), Mitch VanderWest, Jordon Burman, Kalee Isenga (Tim), Jon Burman, Kassie Butterworth, Krystal Deemter (Zack) and Coleton Butterworth; his sister Deloris Thiebout; and his sisters-in-law, Geneva VanLoo, Mina Haveman and Shirley VanDyke. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
