He is survived by: his wife Pamela Russo-Spica; his children, Marissa, Vincent and Frank Spica III; his siblings, Kathy Nester, Francine Spica and Paul Spica; and his siblings-in-law, Lena Haaksma (Ted), Theresa Wolf (Jim), Lucy Behrens (Larry), Sue Russo, Tony Russo and Geno Russo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
