It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Ruth Jansen (Grandville, Michigan), who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Buist Van Beek and William Van Beek; her son Ed; and her stepsons, Bill Alward and Jack Gebott.
She is survived by: her children, Ben, Ruth, Don Uitvlugt, Ginger, James Schreur and Daniel; her stepdaughters, Sandra, Barbara and Judith Jansen; and her sisters-in-law, Myra Van Beek and Hermina Jansen. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sunset Legacy Foundation or Emmanuel Hospice.
