He was predeceased by: his son Randy. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Leys; his children, Linda Weemhoff (Jim), Scott Leys (Jill), Cheryl Meinke (Randy) and Kevin Leys (Janice); and his brothers, Bob and Bernie. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
