She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Mills and Jennie Mills; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Naomi Palmer; her husband Donald; her son Ronald; her sister Betsy; and her brothers-in-law, Eric Smith, Stephen Anderson and David Palmer.

She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Palmer (Bill Slanger) and Raymond Palmer (Barbara); her daughter-in-law Kim Palmer; her grandchildren, Renay, Corey, Nick and Elizabeth Palmer; and her sister Karen Anderson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
