He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Call); his children, Kim Malkewitz (Dan), Jane McCrackin, Scott FIsk, Lisa Cunningham (Kyle) and David Fisk; his grandchildren, Alana Drees (Alex), Tara Driscoll, Taigen, Andrew, Carson, Leah, Ryan, John and Aiden; and his pet Sparty. He is also survived by his family and many close friends.
