He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelly Lynn Kuiper (Tony); his father Clarence Kuiper; his parents-in-law, George and Edith VanStrien; and his sister-in-law Deb Kuiper.
He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Jill Thull (Jeremy), Sara Lubbers (Josh), Joe Kuiper (Kathleen) and Michelle Gruppen (Tony); his grandchildren, Jimmy, Brooke, Bella, Charlie and Lucy Thull; his children, Jake, Nick, Alayna, Luke, Mike, David Lubbers, Lyla, Jonah, Isaac Kuiper, Johnny, Allie, Grace and Emily Gruppen; his great grandchild Oliver Kooiker; his mother Grace Kuiper; his siblings, Dick Kuiper (Bev), Joyce Noorman (Gary), Don Kuiper (Gail), Steve Kuiper, Judy Kamps (Steve) and Joan Kooima (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Westra (Ron), Pete VanStrien (Jan), Mark VanStrien and George VanStrien. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
