He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Levoy and Kathleen Brinks; and his stepfather Adrian Brinks. He is survived by: his wife Kelby Levoy; his children, Zachary, Meghan, Allyson, Emma Levoy and Jack Blumeno; his sister Rebecca; and his brother-in-law Robert Emaus.
