He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Stoel and Cornelia Stoel; his sister Phyllis; his brother-in-law Edward Cline; and his nephew Douglas Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Stoel (Snoeyink); his children, Kim Donze (Scott), Ken Stoel, Kathy Tanner (Bob) and Kurt Stoel (Melissa); his grandchildren, Kendra Van Eck (Jamison), Kyleigh Elenbaas (Ryan), Lexi Miller (Cole), Bryce Helder, Tyce Tanner (Natalie), Chelsea Tanner, Kaylah Tanner, Austin Stoel and Sienna Becker (Nathan); and his special golfing buddies, Rich Kitchen, Marvin Klunder and Bob MacDonald. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Curtis, contributions may be made to First Reformed Church Scholarship Fund or Faith Hospice.
