He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leyen and Ella Leyen; his sister Doris; and his brother-in-law Ken DeYoung. He is survived by: his wife Hope; his children, Mark, Holly Leyen, Tim and Erin Leyen; and his grandchildren, Malachi, Chloe, Ainsley and Aleya. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
