He is survived by: his parents, Gary Boetsma and Judy Boetsma; his wife Janet; his sons, Jared and Ross; his siblings, Kim Haverdink (Kirk), Chris Boetsma (Julie), Steve Boetsma and Chad Boetsma (Kris); his parents-in-law, Dale and Helaine Miedema; and his brothers-in-law, David Miedema, Jeff Miedema (Ruth) and Terry Miedema (Linda). He is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Love Your Neighbor (formerly Love INC) or Faith Hospice, who so lovingly cared for Brian.
