She was predeceased by: her husband Ted R. Conrad Sr.; her daughter-in-law Loellen Conrad; her grandson Chad Veenendall; her parents, Reynold Bos and Dena Bos; and her siblings, Harvey, Harriett, Gladys and Jeanne.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Conrad-Thomas (Larry), Ted Jr. Conrad (Sandra), Rick Conrad, Suzanne Van Assen (Craig), Nanette Heavner (Tim), Brad Conrad (Linda) and Sharron Ballard (Collin); her grandchildren, Marci Clay (Jeff), Ted III Conrad (Jill), Jennifer Conrad-Holst, Kate Bruinsma (Tim), Erin Fischer (Ryan), Stephanie Jacobi (Doug), Nick Conrad (Lindsey), TJ Conrad (Stephanie), Jason Van Assen (Brooke), Deena Vroegindewey (Jeff), Mandi McDuffee, Rick Thurkettle (Beth), Matt Thurkettle, Drew Schrotenboer (Hollie), Blake Schrotenboer, Jaimee Conrad, Ashley Conrad, Colson Conrad, Don Ballard (Veronica) and Kayla Greydanus (Luke); and her brothers, Tom Bos (Mary) and Dave Bos. She is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
