We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 51, Bill Boelema (Grandville, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Naida Boelema (Staal); his son Heaven; and his grandparents, Ada (Bouwens), Nelson Staal, Ted and Hilda Boelema (Karsies).
He is survived by: his father Jack Boelema; his siblings, Anne, Jim Brouwer, Ted and Betsy Boelema (Newhof); his niece Adalynn Brouwer; and his nephews, Joe Brouwer, Sam Brouwer and Jacob Brouwer.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the John Ball Zoo or the Lacks Cancer Center at Trinity Health St. Mary's.
