She was predeceased by: her husband Lawson "Bob" Perks; her daughter Pamela Perks; and her siblings, Jim, Mary Lou, Jackie, Joanie and Gracie.
She is survived by: her children, Robert, Jodi Perks, David and Cindy Perks; her grandchildren, Mary DeWeerd (Greg), Nissa Smith, Cristin Riebel (Nathan), Joshua Perks (Amy), Alexis Dunigan (Adam), Lesley Girao (Kim), Paul Perks (Alison) and Aaron Perks; and her sister Beverly Reyner. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
