She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Whitmore; her parents, Ron Hitts and Grace Hitts; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her husband James A. Whitmore; her children, James K., Shannon Whitmore, Randy, Kimberly Whitmore, Julie and Rob Castillo; and her siblings, Ron (Marilyn), Jim (Marlene), Patricia (Del), Krynn and Diane (Marty). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
