He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matt Perry (Deanne), JJ Perry (Jennie), Aaron Perry (Hunter), Andrew Stevens, Robert Stevens, Nicholas Stevens, Samantha Perry and Brandon Perry; and his sister-in-law Ginger Jacobson.
