He was predeceased by: his daughter Joanna. He is survived by: his wife Alycia; his son Andy Szleser (Tina); his grandchildren, Rachel, Daniel Szleser, Jeff and Stephanie Hainer; and his great grandchildren, Declan and Asher Winstanley.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Mortuary (3525 Remembrance Rd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534). A Mass will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of St. Adalbert (654 Davis Ave NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
