She was predeceased by: her parents, James Slabbekoorn and Viola Slabbekoorn (Nederveld); and her husband Marvin Gerritsen. She is survived by: her children, Kristi Gerritsen and John Gerritsen (Renee); her granddaughters, Meghan White (Spencer) and Madelynn Gerritsen; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Vandermeer and Marian Sytsma.
