She is survived by: her husband Patrick Michael Cook; her daughter Flannery Crittendon (Carl); her mother-in-law Teresa Russo; her siblings, Laurence Topliffe (Diane) and Laurie Cocomazzi (Chris); her siblings-in-law, Paula Topliffe, Nancy Cook Gann (Kyle), Timothy Cook (Marietta), Kyran Cook (Kate Gfeller), Stephen Cook (Kathee), Sean Cook (Elizabeth) and Michael Cook (Elizabeth); and her close friend Carol Euker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
