He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Halbert and Evelyn Halbert. He is survived by: his wife Patty Halbert; his siblings, Susan Dunham, Terry Halbert and Nancy Wier; his godchildren, Kelly Kowalczyk and Marc Audy; his great-niece Audrey Evans; and his cousins, Elaine and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church (2250 E Paris Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church.
