He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ragains and Harriet Ragains; and his brother Charles Ragains. He is survived by: his wife Mary Linden Ragains; his children, Christine Ragains (Bill Hogan), Patrick Ragains (Julie), John Kloosterman (Kim) and Christian; his grandchildren, Matthew Ragains, Marcus Ragains, Morgan Adair (Davis), Sydney Kloosterman, Robert Kloosterman, Steven Kloosterman and Michael Kloosterman; his brother Philip Ragains; his sister-in-law Kay Ragains; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly O'Malley, Amy Todd, Steven and Jeff Ragains.
