She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Minnema; her son Henry Minnema (Hank); her parents, Hendrik Vermeulen and Huiberta Vermeulen; and her siblings, Cora Slothouber, Henk and Adrian Vermeulen.
She is survived by: her sister Wilhelmina Kamphuis (Willy); her children, Tom (Sondra), Cindy, Ted (Courtney) and Rick (Vivian); her grandchildren, Crystal, Gabriel, David, Charlotte, Shelby, Breighanna, Ben, Betty, Payton, Dalton, Anna, Brennan, Anneke, Greta, Delanie and Toby; and her great grandchildren, Tommy, Josie, Elliot and Teddy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
