He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernetta Harwood and William Glenn Harwood; his sisters, Gladys, Glenda and Evelyn; and his grandson Matthew.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Harwood (Mull); his children, Steve (Yakko), Christopher (Rachel), Aaron (Michelle) and Amy Busby (Linda); his grandchildren, Naomi (Joe), Christine (Josh), Emily (Zach), Brendan, Tony, Megan, Nick, Jake, Mason, Shay and CeCe; his great grandchildren, Mila, Joshua, Jack, Stella, Saya and Ben; and his brothers, George (Rachel) and Gary.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Columbia Grace Foundation, a boy's orphanage in Columbia that Steve and Connie and their church have supported for some time. Checks intended for the orphanage can be written out to "Grace Immanuel Church" and sent to the address above but please indicate "Columbia Grace / Steve Harwood" in the check memo section so that your donation (100% of it) will be forwarded to the orphanage.
