He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Kyrie Wollesen, Korban Blok, Micaiah Blok, Jared McCoy, Ally McCoy, Carter McCoy and Stephanie Blok; his grandchildren, Hailey Wollesen and Korban Blok Jr.; his mother Sandra Blok; his parents-in-law, Jim and June Dowsett; his siblings, Roberta "Bobbi" Blok, Dawn Marquardt (Tom) and Jim Blok Jr. (Debbie); and his sisters-in-law, Jana Graves (Bob) and Amy Rittenhouse (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
