She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry H. Thomas and Emma J. Hunter; her siblings, Ruby L. Wright, Ida J. Henderson, Henry H. Thomas, Mary E. Reed, Zelma Thomas and Tommy "Tuck" Thomas; and her grandson Giovani Alvelo.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rose Burney (Nathaniel) and Billy Joe Thomas; her children, Miron Thomas, Ricky Thomas (Wanda) and Tamica Thomas; her grandchildren, Dorian, Leertease, Bianca, Danyka, Toya, Moni, Rihanna and Arionna; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Raquelle, Rodney, Brielle, Asher, Remiase and Madden.
