She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Marie O'Neill and Vincent O'Neill; her daughter Mary Therese Tierney; her grandson Corbin Tierney; her sister Patricia O'Neill Eardley (Warren); her nephew Daniel Eardley; and her sisters-in-law, Virginia Bricker (Bill) and Marge Thiebout (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Tierney; her children, Michael Tierney (Beth), Patrick Tierney (Sandra), Maureen Bednarek (Phillip), Timothy Tierney (Gretchen), Kerry Nugent (Steven) and Brian Tierney (Heidi); her niece Kathleen Lowing; and her nephews, Terry Bricker (Debbie), Jim Bricker and Bill Thiebout (Arlene). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
