He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel; his son Dan Van Dommelen; and his parents, Martin Dommelen and Nellie Van Dommelen (Bishop). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
