He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Karen Mendham (Steve), Sue Geatz (Michael), Jeff Wardell and Robyn Ames (Chris); his sister Kimberly Bates (Brad); and his nieces, Kira and Brittany. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
