He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bursley and Helen Bursley (Batcher); his siblings, Diane Rawlings, Jim and Mikey; his great grandchild Micah Przyblski; and his former wife Joy.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Amy Adams (Joe), Rob Bursley (Rhonda) and Dan Bursley (Stephanie); his stepdaughters, Dawn VerBerkmoes (Rod) and Denise Behm (Michael); his grandchildren, Holly Przybylski (Caleb), Heidi Przybylski (Daniel), Madelynn Bursley, Andrew, Joe, Allison Bursley, Nicky Hudson, Deana Baker (Kyle), Matt Banas, Shelby and Cassidy VerBerkmoes; and his sister Trudy Presseller (Paul). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bob's memory to Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods in Byron Center.
