She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Bernie" Karas; and her siblings, Donny Wood, Virginia Cizauskas, Therese Skazinski and Eileen Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Karas (Doris) and Rose Labanowski (Robbin). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
