The memory of Nadia Gotberg (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on November 17, 2024 at the age of 89, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Nadia leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Nadia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Theodore Johnson and Josephine Johnson; and her husband Gordon Gotberg. She is survived by: her children, Marcy Etienne (Michael), Kevin Gotberg (Jane), Linda Sladkey (David) and Gary Gotberg (Brita); and her sister Sharon Bartoo. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Est First Covenant Church (1933 Tremont Blvd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
