He is survived by: his siblings, Kay Smith and Dan Hack (Mark Davis); his wife Annette Hack; his daughters, Angela Holt (Steve), Heidi Maskell (Mark) and Heather Bush (Junsun); his grandchildren, Brianne VanderHelm (Andrew), Devon Holt (Molly), Andrea Fielstra (Jake) and Cassendra Bush (Nick Light); and his great grandchildren, Migwen "Peanut" and Kennedy.
