She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lammers and Gertrude Lammers of Grand Rapids; her husband A. Dale Buist; her sister Kay DeVoogd; and her grandson Hunter Boss.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Buist (Carol) and Betsy Boss (Mark); her grandchildren, Jennifer Huizinga (Dave) of Kalamazoo, Eric Buist (Kendra) of Seattle, Tyler Gaastra (Marylynn) of Grand Rapids and Tricia VanderHaar (Brett) of Grand Rapids; her brother Thomas Lammers (Judi); and her brother-in-law Donald Buist. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; extended family; and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Edison Christian Health or to Faith Hospice.
