Mary Alice Holland Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Mary Alice Holland (Grand Rapids, Michigan). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Doane and Clarence Doane; her husband Art Holland; her son-in-law Brian Tingley; and her siblings, Wally, Dan, Bob, Beverly and Phyllis.

She is survived by: her daughter Pam; her grandchildren, Mary and Art; her children, Douglas Holland, Pamela Smith (Brian) and Vicki Tingley; her daughter-in-law Gloria Holland; her grandchildren, Angie Smith (Brian Zaun), Katy Gorman (Matt) and Bill Smith; her great grandchildren, Claire, Hannah and Norah; and her sister-in-law Retha Doane (Wally). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The ladies in her E wing formed quite a bond and during the COVID shut down would eat 'together' on tv trays in their doorways.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the Land Conservancy of West Michigan.
