He is survived by: his close friend Denise; his stepchildren, Kristen Mullen and Brad Mullen (Kindal); his grandchildren, Lexi, Adelay, Avery, Kassius and Sylo Mullen; his mother Leslee Burgess; his siblings, Lisa Godwin (Rick) and Kenny Burgess (Danielle); his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Jordan (Maddie Godwin), Cullen Burgess and Lucas (Lacey Galloway); and his grandmother Betty Burgess.
