Maria Felicitas Ysasi Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, at the age of 89, Maria Felicitas Ysasi of Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Laredo, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria Felicitas Ysasi to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Aguilar Sr. and Juana Aguilar; her husband Guillermo Hughes Ysasi; her daughter Rebecca Manning; her siblings, Santiago Aguilar, Guadalupe Guevara, Rebecca Espinoza and Julia Gonzalez; and her grandson Santino Ysasi.
She is survived by: her children, Ruben Ysasi (Suzanne), Raul Ysasi (Kathy), Ricardo Ysasi (Cyndi), Raquel Huerta (Raul Jr.) and Rosenda Montalvo (Bernard Frazier). She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 7:30 PM at the MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel (3131 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids, MI 49548). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral of Saint Andrew (215 Sheldon Blvd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503).
